To request the deletion of your personal data from AIMAX, please send an email to:
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The phone number or email address associated with your account
- Whether you are requesting deletion as a patient or a clinic
What Data Will Be Deleted
For Patients
- Patient name and contact information
- Phone number
- All appointment records
- All WhatsApp message history
For Clinics
- Clinic profile and configuration
- All patient records associated with the clinic
- All appointment data
- All WhatsApp message history
- Dashboard analytics and usage data
Processing Time
- Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt
- You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted
- Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify individuals may be retained for service improvement purposes
Verification
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorised deletion requests, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may include:
- Confirming the registered phone number associated with your account
- Confirming the clinic email address on file
- Additional identity verification if the request cannot be matched to an existing account
